Mentoring: Good for Others, Good for You
Nov 07
Forbes recently published an article highlighting the importance of mentorship and how it can not only be good for others, but also help your career.
This source is one among many advocating mentorship. Published in Crain's earlier this year, Coleman Center's Raman Chadha discusses both a notable increase in the demand for mentors from students and how being a mentor can positively effect a seasoned entrepreneur.
In this video, Stanford Professor Andrew Frame says, "help guide entrepreneurs through mistakes they can avoid."
Not sure if you have what it takes to be an effective mentor? For all you Star Wars buffs, let Yoda give you a few pointers.
