During this week, teams will be charged with the challenge of seeing how much progress they can accomplish in growing their ideas or ventures in five days. Practicing psychiatrist Steve Field and his colleague, James Dod, Ph. D., clinical psychologist, together have designed a unique web-based system for helping individuals in need of mental health care find a psychotherapist ideally suited to their needs, and to help clinicians effectively market their practices. Their system incorporates many unique features that differentiate it from existing web-based referral listing services.

As busy clinicians, Drs. Field and Dod are looking for a "third partner," ideally someone with a business background, to help them launch the venture. Experience in marketing would be helpful as well. Mostly, they are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, and is highly motivated.

Compensation for this individual would primarily be in the form of equity in the project until outside funding is obtained.
